to each Marketing Plan. The system makes extensive use
of emailing as reminders and for submittal and approval
notification. It creates PDF reports that are also automatically
emailed to management and employees. It also allows for
access to specific Intranet and Internet sites that further
enhance the managers’ ability to analyze
current information relative to a given market. By unifying
research, communication, and presentation, data orchestration
was successful in giving this customer more marketing control
then ever.

across the country. The system also maintains maintenance
schedules, inventory storage, inventory retirement, and
inventory moves. It tracks all information for telephone
users that are associated with a given PBX. This feature
is used to help move workgroups from one location to another
and also acts as a web enabled employee locater for over
12,000 employees. This database was created in FileMaker
Pro 6 and converted to FileMaker Pro 7. It also includes
web publishing.
