This solution is a database Hickam Development produced for a client. The database is a claim creation system for a self administered Dental and Vision Plan.

Download and unzip the following files

Make sure to place the resulting unzipped files in a single folder. Double click on the Ingenuity Icon. Enter the folowing Account name and password:
Account name: demo
Password: demo (case sensitive)
